From plan to stage
1 Plan
Build Sunday’s setlist in minutes.
- Songs from your library, for a date.
- The band’s key for every song.
- Who plays what, and who can make it.
- Changes reach the band when you press Publish.

2 Rehearse
Practise with the chart the band will use.
- Key and capo, worked out for you.
- A metronome, and tap tempo.
- Hear the key with a tap.
- Lyrics only, for the singers.
- Write on your chart with a pen or a finger.

3 Perform
On stage, nothing gets in the way.
- Page by page, big and calm.
- Chords stay over the right word when a line wraps.
- Turn pages with a foot pedal.
- Works without internet once the setlist is open.
- A changed setlist is announced, never swapped under your eyes.

Questions
What does it cost?
Free during the beta, at least until 31 January 2027. We’ll tell you well before anything changes. Beta teams start small; ask us if you need more.
How do our songs get in?
Upload the ChordPro or PDF files you already have, or write a song in the app’s song editor.
Which devices does it work on?
Phones, tablets and computers, in the browser: iPhone, iPad and Android. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app.
Do we need internet on stage?
No. Open the setlist once with a connection; then it plays without one. Back online, it tells you when there is a newer version, and you choose when to take it.
What about song licences?
Your team’s own song licence, such as CCLI, covers the songs you use, as it does today. TonicaStage does not hold licences for your songs.
Which languages?
English today, more languages coming. Your songs can be in any language.
Where is our data?
On our server in the EU, in Helsinki. No cookies, no tracking, no ads. Passwords are stored safely, never as they were typed.
Do guest musicians need an account?
No. Send them a link or a QR code: they read that setlist and nothing else, and the link ends on its own.
Is there an app in the App Store or on Google Play?
No, and you don’t need one. TonicaStage opens from a link and can be added to the home screen.

Why 4&
The breath before the downbeat.
A band counts in: one, two, three, four-and… The “and” is the breath before everyone lands together on one.
Coming soon
Playing alone? TonicaSolo™ is coming.
Your whole repertoire in your pocket. Your own setlists. No account needed.
